Configuration of PDS (Patient Demographic Supplier) and PDC (Patient Demographic Consumer)

Dear All

there is some errors in the predefined port and configuration for the
actor PDS and PDC as Gazelle did assigned them to you today

PDS act as an HL7 Initiator for the PAM profile
PDC act as an HL7 Responder for the PAM profile
while
PDC act as an HL7 Initiator for the PDQ profile
PDS act as an HL7 Responder for the PDQ profile

We have now updated Gazelle to fix this problem. You may have to
update your configuration if you are acting as PDS or PDC for the PDQ
profile.
