Using CSS for facebook.

As of late January and early February facebook is now allowing
external CSS files and Jscript. The system is only in the beta
phase. I tried embedding an external CSS file to our index.php file
but there are some CSS errors. I am not sure if the errors comes from
the dependent files or something else. I have been trying to debug it
for several hours but is unsuccessful. I decided to move on to
coding the section on retrieving the user's hackystat password and ID
so that iHacky can access the database. Feel free to try and
incorporate CSS into our application. The CSS file is already on the
server in the iHacky directory.
