Making my computer a php 5 server

I have been looking at a number of tutorial to install and run a php 5
server on my computer. The best tutorial i found was

But I am having problems right after step 16. If anyone else is able
to do this.. please let me know.. thanks

oh I figured the problem i was having. I am using IIS from the build
in server in Vista. The problem was the default installation does not
install CGI and ISAPI modules automatically. These options must be
selected manually.
