Upload files to SVN repository.

I wanted to have all the files we are working with in the repository
since every group member is modifying and creating more code to the
files. SVN is a great way to manage all the issues. I read the
previous post about the "terms of Service" issue. I would want to
resolve this quickly, because I believe we are ready to move forward
with serious code development at the present moment because we are now
able to retrieve data from the sensorbase. Lets resolve this "terms
of service" issue quickly, so that we may upload our files. I want
to resolve this problem quickly as possible.
