Plan for who's doing what whilst I'm away

Hi wonderful teachers,
Hope you had a lovely weekend. As promised below is the list of who will be helping out with what whilst I’m in Australia. Please be sure to read this carefully, especially if you weren’t able to attend the meetings with me on Friday afternoon/evening. As you can see, it’ll be a team effort.
I’d also like to take this opportunity to welcome Ingrid who is an very experienced and lovely CELTA trainer and academic manager. She knows the centre well and will be assisting with academic things and teacher support in my absence. She won’t be at the centre all the time but she will be helping out academically. I have cc’d her so that if you need to contact her, you can. Note that she is not the one to go to with things like you needing time off, sick etc. (see below J).
- Corporate reports (e.g. failed company students, private company students etc.) – send them to Anita (ani...@allcs.edu.lb) and Claudine (Clau...@allcs.edu.lb). Ingrid will then review them and may contact you directly if she has any questions about them.
- Teacher training, observations, mentoring and academic support – Ingrid
- Cover, calling in sick, running late, time off etc. – Lina– call speak to her first and then she will arrange what needs doing. If it’s after 6pm, try to call her on her mobile and if no answer, call the centre. I have prepared a list of who could potentially cover when etc. so you may receive a call if cover is needed.
- Extra support – Mrs Shammas and Claudine
- Checking midterms and discussing results – Mrs Shammas and Claudine
- Reviewing assignments – Mrs Shammas and Claudine (please note that Mrs Shammas has requested to start reviewing assignments again so please be sure to give them to AST BEFORE giving them back to your students.
- Session activities – expect to receive these from Laura or Debora or maybe even one of you.
