Problem in IGV R: setCustomGenome() function

We have a problem of hosting genome in our server. When I use IGV R setCustomGenome(), if I specify IGV S3 hosted genome in the fastaURL and fastaIndexURL, it is work, as the documentation. But, if I specify the genome in our server, it is error. The message in the browser console is "Uncaught (in promise) Error: Cannot set initial locus". Do you have solution to this problem? thank you

Sorry I don't have any experience or knowlege of IGV R. Perhaps that project has a help forum or github repository.
