Error loading genome Human hg19

I am able to load hg38 but when I try to load hg19 - I get the message "Error loading genome Human hg19". I am wondering what I can do to remedy this as the other reference genomes seem to be working and my lab uses hg19 for our work. Thanks a lot for any help, I really appreciate it.

I was able to resolve this issue by deleting some previously installed versions of IGV. Not sure why this worked but I am able to load hg19 again and visualized BAMs. This is for version 2.5.2.
