No 5' exons?

Guys,

does anyone know what are these RefSeq transcripts with apparently no 5' exons? Please see attached!

If you click on the transcript, you'll see that the popup information includes a URL to the NCBI website. Click on it to see all the details about the transcript.

Many thanks! I did, but the NCBI says nothing about the peculiarity of a transcript not having a 5' exon.
