IVG not loading on MacOS monterey

Downloaded IGV macapp 2.19.1 and uncompressed to the desktop. Program icon flashes but nothing happens. Previous version 2.17.4 works fine. No longer supporting monterey?

The launcher did change in 2.19.1 but it is supposed to support Big Sur and later (Monterey came after Big Sur).

To help us debug this the following info would be useful:

Is your Mac an Intel Mac or does it have one of the M Apple chips?

Which version of the Mac app did you download - the options are "Apple chip - Java included", "Intel chip - Java included" , and "Separate Java 21 required"
