I am currently running IGV on linux terminal. It works fine but have one question and would like to have your advice. While uploading the big
files, there usually the message indicating the memory is low and the rest of
the read stopped being read into igv afterwards. I know it was operated behind
by igv.jar. Is there any way that I can define the memory while invoking “sh
igv.sh” in command line? Thanks.
