[Peter Doris]

A new rat reference assembly, GRCr8, and annotation.have been released. 

It would be great to include this in the IGV hosted genome list.

You can load it directly from there if you are using a recent version of IGV.

2.17.0 wont' work, there is a specific GenArk menu in 2.17.4.
