Hello to everyone.
I received my full genome in *.vcf.gz format + index
in gz.tbi format. Trying to understand genome (I am dummy in genetics, know only basics) and using https://hirisplex.erasmusmc.nl/ to find snips by rsID  following the list on screenshot below.

I know that somer rsIDs had been merged in different ones, so it is trackable on https://ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/snp/?term=rs11547464.  Some of the rsIDs give me
"No variations found".
But inputting rsID rs11547464   leading to a strange error message:
" Cannot find feature or locus: rs11547464"
While its in SNP base for sure and was not merged in anything else.
What can possibly be the solution for the issue?
Thanks for your time.

That simply means that IGV does not have those snp IDs in its database.   For those cases you will need to determine the location by other means and enter than in the search box.

Also, what genome assembly are you using?   hg38, hg19, something else?

I am using hg38.

Thanks for the hint, I found those SNP's by position on Chromosome.

However, the RSID in position is exactly what I am looking for, it just cannot be found directly by typing it.

Anyway, the  issue is solved, thank you!
