Specify color in batch mode

Hi,

I have some samples and I wanted to use batch script to generate the snapshots, it is working great but I get different color for every sample hence png file, is is possible to set color in the script file or beforehand?

Hi,  you need to be more specific on what you are doing, what track types, what you mean by "sample", etc.  A screenshot would be helpful.
