IGV loading different reference genomes versions when IGV is opened from the same location

To whom it may concern,

I work for a Genetics Pathology service in Australia and one of the labs is reporting the below issue.

IGV loading different reference genomes versions when IGV is opened from the same location. i.e. the list of available reference genomes that can be selected within IGV is different on different computers. 

Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

Hi Ryan,

The lists of reference genomes you see in the IGV genomes dropdown menu includes only the recently used genomes. So that will vary between computers. 

To see the full list of all available genomes you need to go the Genomes menu in the menu bar and select "Download Hosted Genome". If you are not using IGV version 2.19.x,  this menu item may have a slightly different name.
