DP (dot plot / pairing) format bug report: arcs cross track boundaries

Dear IGV-help gurus,

I'm seeing a bug where large arcs from a DP (here suffixed ".dp.bp") file (see IGV-supported RNA Secondary Structure Formats) cross Track, but not Panel, boundaries. My hack solution is to separate the tracks into separate, necessarily differently-named Panels in the XML session file. Confirm this is a bug? See GitHub issue I opened on this: https://github.com/igvteam/igv/issues/511, which includes screenshots.

I'm running IGV 2.4.6 on MacOS 10.13.3.

Unfortunately this is a known issue with the current architecture,   your hack solution is in fact the correct one for this problem.   In our next major release each track will have its own UI panel,    effectively what you are doing now.

The arc plot is unique among IGV tracks in that the height of the arcs can get quite tall.
