  The two exons highlighted in the red box are no longer present in the newest transcript versions of INPP5D. Is it possible to update the https://igv.org/genomes/data/hg19/ncbiRefSeq.txt.gz file?

There's no image attached, so I don't know which exons you are highlighting.

Can you try loading the following from the "Load from URL..." menu and see if the exons are there?   If they are we will have to wait until UCSC updates.
