Is it possible to convert a tdf to a bed file?

I have have some .tdf datasets that I'd like to run bedtools analysis on (but not the original .beds); is there a way to convert them into a .bed format?

Hi,

You can convert a tdf file to bedgraph with the (undocumented) igvtools command tdftobedgraph.

igvtools tdftobedgraph  input.tdf output.bedgraph

Note this is bedgraph,  you can't create tdf files with bed files or vice-versa.
