Refseq Gene track disappears after loading new session

Hi all,

I am using IGV_2.11.0 on Windows 10 Pro.

When I start up IGV, it displays the Refseq Gene track. As soon as I try to open a new session, this Refseq Gene track disappears and I can only restore it by restarting IGV. Would appreciate any tips on how to fix this. On another computer I do not have this issue.

To help us debug this, can you send us the igv.log file that's located in <userhome>/igv? Or if it is large, you can just extract the recent entries that cover the IGV runs in question.

We were able to find the issue when File > New Session was selected. It has now been fixed in IGV 2.11.2
