BLAT search for protein sequence

Hello, 

I am using IGV version 2.7.2 on Windows. 

I loaded bam files and performed BLAT search for nucleotidic sequences with : 

Tools / BLAT

I wonder if it is possible to make the same but wih proteic sequence, to search onthe translated sequences in the translation table ?
