Hello,

My professor's desktop version of IGV shows multiple isoforms in the human chromosome for different genes. However, the desktop version I am using, does not show the isoforms. Is there a setting I can use to show all of the isoforms? I'm using the human genome hg38. Thank you.

By default, NCBI's Refseq Select is loaded as the gene annotation track with hg38.
To display NCBI's Refseq All, select File > Load from Server > Annotations > Genes > Refseq All.
Once the Refseq all track has been loaded, right click on the track and make sure that "Expanded" is selected (not Collapsed)
