Human genome [HG19] could not be read/downloaded

Hi there,

The version of IGV i am using is  (2.5.3 05/29/2019)  on (Windows 10 Pro; 64-bit). Start getting an error msg, that “Human genome [HG19] could not be read/downloaded. The program was uninstalled/reinstalled and it is only working for HG38 genome. The same problem exists with Hg19.

I just tried downloading the IGV Windows installer from the downloads page; installed IGV 2.5.3; ran it on Windows 10 64-bit; and was able to zoom in to sequence level with HG19.  Can you try the following: Quit IGV if it's still running; remove (or rename) the igv folder in your home directory; run IGV again.

If it still doesn't work, can you send us the igv.log file from the igv directory.
