Hi, I can see two different RefSeq transcripts for BCORL1 in IGV but I can't see the MANE Select transcript. I'm using IGV version 2.19.2 and have "expanded" view enabled. How do I visualise the MANE Select transript for this gene? Thanks

You don't mention which reference genome you have loaded, but for some genomes there are additional RefSeq track options available through File > Load From Server.
