BLAT 'Connection Reset' error message

Hi IGV team,

Can anyone let me know why I'm getting a 'connection reset' error message when I use 'BLAT read sequence'.
I'm using version 2.19.5 last updated on 07/09/2026.

Is this still a problem for you?

IGV uses the BLAT service provided by UCSC and it's possible you were hitting it a particularly busy time.
