Bed files in IGV

I would like to overlay the following tracks, however they are in bed format (chr, start, end), and all I have is the coordinates- I do not have BAM file to produce a BEDGRAPH or other format. Is there any sort of software or R package that might be able to do this? I'm trying to color code the regions by importance.

Can itemRgb column be added to bed files and viewed in IGV? If so I could use this method to color code peaks.
