two feature requests - shortcuts for make all alignment tracks even height, expand all tracks

Hi, I'd like to make a feature request for keyboard shortcuts that

1) make all alignment tracks even height

2) expand all alignment tracks

To justify the need for shortcut 1):

a) The current best way to adjust multiple tracks' height (by shift-select and right click "change track height") does not move the white bar (panel border?), it only changes the height inside the fixed-height panel, which does not serve my request.

b) Stop pixel hunting to adjust track height.

To justify the need to shortcut 2), oftentimes I load multiple tracks that are expanded by default, then I like to hit the "resize tracks to fit in window" button to take a quick look at all the reads, then I realize that to revert them all back to expanded, I have to do it one by one.... Why a button for "all squished" but not "all expanded"?

Tested on IGV 2.4.11 and the latest 2.4.14 and problem still exists.
