Trouble Loading mm10 Reference Genome

Hello, 

I am using IGV v2.19.4 on Windows 11 and have been encountering issues when trying to load the mm10 reference genome. The program either displays the error message "could not be read" or "Unexpected error: org.broad.igv.exceptions.HttpResponseException: Access forbidden."

This issue has appeared recently and was not a problem in the past. I’ve also observed the same error on a separate computer. I attempted to resolve the issue by reinstalling IGV, but it did not help.

Could you please advise on how to fix this issue?

Please try loading your genome again (mm10) from the Genomes menu.   You probably have a very old version cached in the "igv/genomes" folder.
