Is there any way to remove the RefSeq Track when running IGV in batch mode? I wanted to take some snapshots without the track, but I do not see any way to do this without first manually removing the track.

I checked for commands at this URL: http://www.broadinstitute.org/igv/PortCommands
While you can "collapse", "expand", and "squish" the RefSeq track, there does not seem to be a way to "remove" it from a batch file.

Hello,

You're right, there currently is no way to do that. We'll add it as a feature request. As a workaround you can define a genome with just a fasta file, that won't have a RefSeq track.
