Annotations are not loading

Hi,

I have created .genome file for Nicotiana benthamina genome downloaded from ftp://ftp.solgenomics.net/genomes/Nicotiana_benthamiana/. I also downloaded GFF3 file with all annotations.

I tried two ways to get my annotations to appear but both failed.

1. when creating the genome file I included gff files with gene models. After loading i couldn't see gene models. Then i tried to load file as a track using load file. Result was the same where i see a track but not data . Then i sorted and indexed the file. When i load indexed file again no annotations were visible.

2. Then I tried to do the same process with GFF3 file with all annotations. No sucess.

Can you please help me on this regard.

Could you check that the sequence names in the GFF3 file are the same as the sequence names in your fasta?
