canot get preview or unable to open download igv soft

I have downloaded it, but unfortunately, after installation, i am unable to open it, and get a preview. could you help me about it

Hi Muhammad,

There's no way to know from the information you have provided. Please provide as much detail as possible. For example it would be helpful to know what OS are you running on;  which version of IGV and where did you download it from; did the installer include Java or not; how did you try to open it; what exactly happened when you did try to open it and were there any error messages.
