IGV tools for visualizing bacterial genomes

Hello,

I am looking for some help with visualizing E. coli genome in IGV. I am able to see my genes of interest but unable to see relA gene. Am I missing something? Not sure how to go about this

I suggest you load your genome from Genark. (Use Genomes > Load Genome from UCSC Genark, filter list by "coli").   It will have the latest annotations.
