Issue with IGV

Hello,

 I contact you because I can launch IGV on my computer.

 You can find attached the error messages that appear when I try to launch the application. Could you tell me how to solve it please ?

From the screenshot I see you are trying to access a reference genome that is not one of the ones hosted by IGV. 

So we can't know where you are trying to access this genome from, or why you don't have access to it.

Try contacting IT support at your department/institution with help accessing the file.

Alternatively you can try selecting our hosted hg19 from the menu - but I assume there is a reason you are using a different one.
