Hi,

Can you please let us know the new location for fasta files at this location?

Can we ask why you are asking?  And if it's for IGV what version of IGV are you using.

We are using 2.19. We have created custom genome tracks using above references. It looks like they do not exist any more. I am wondering if they were hosted on standard site where IGV hosts genomes.
Thank you!

We do not host that fasta file, newer versions of IGV (2.19.X) use ".2bit" references by default which are hosted at UCSC.   I've attached a genome json file for that assembly,  you can use it as is or edit it to customize it.   If you want a fasta file for some other purpose you can convert the ".2bit" file to fasta using tools from UCSC.   The 2bit file can be downloaded from https://hgdownload.soe.ucsc.edu/hubs/GCF/002/402/265/GCF_002402265.1/GCF_002402265.1.2bit.
