Hi,
since friday we cannot download genome files hosted on the amazon AWS server, which we never had problems with so far.
The genome file downloads to 99% and then aborts.
The log file shows a "Connection reset" error of the download followed by a message that the genome file cannot be unzipped because it is truncated.
I suspected the proxy server at our institute, so I tried the download at home.
At home it works, but it also behaves strange:
I freshly downloaded IGV_Win_2.4.10.zip and started the download of the "1kg, b37+decoy" genome file.
The first 99% of the genome file load in a second, the rest of the file takes about 2 Minutes.
I guess that is where the proxy at work disconnects.
Could you please check if there is a general problem there.
