When running the IGV Linux igv.sh script the ncbiRefSeqSelect is automatically trying to pull from various sites.  Unfortunately, it appears none of these sites are hosting any of the index files that are being looked for in the URLs.  I've tried to go to the URLs to find the index files but they all don't exist.

Please advise on a way to either bypass this issue

Thanks,
Daniel

That is normal,  there is no index file but IGV does not know that until it tries.  Files with a ".gz" index can be indexed or not.    This does not have any effect.
