bam file not showing anything in the web app

Long-time IGV fan here. Thank you for this wonderful tool! I'm helping a friend troubleshoot this, we can open the bam file (here: https://github.com/danrlu/bug_report_data) on the downloaded IGV Mac app but if uploaded to the web app it's blank with no error msg.

The genome version match, we waited for a while in case upload was slow and not sure what else to try. Any tips would be helpful!

This should be fixed now.    The issue was with the sequence name , which is "MN908947.3" in the bam file, but  "NC_045512.2" in the assembly at igv.org/app.    The desktop app treated these names as synonyms, but the web app did not (until now).   

If you continue to see the issue try force refreshing the browser cace.

It works now. I feel really spoiled with these extra functionalities :D
