Hi, I'd like to find the haplogroup of a Y-DNA,
I have my bam and vcf files.
Can somebody Kindly explain to me where and what I should search, in order to use this predictor? https://www.nevgen.org

Giorgio, igv is a visualization program, this question is not in our expertise. I suggest you post to SeqAnswers or Biostars or some other more general forum.
