error accessing resource file

Hi,

I am using igv web app and we have bam files hosted on s3. I created presign url for both bam and bai and loaded them using the url option. However, I end up with the error message

"Error accessing resource: presignurl link to file"

Can you please lmk how we could trouble shoot this,

Sorry there's not enough information there to know what is wrong,  but verify that your s3 buckets are setup to enable CORS.   More information can be found here, including an example S3 bucket configuration: https://github.com/igvteam/igv.js/wiki/Data-Server-Requirements.

There might be more information in the javascript console, which you can enable with developer tools for your browser of choice.

BTW I am assuming  by "igv web app" you are referring to https://igv.org/app.
