I need someone to please explain to me how a substitution mutation (detected by PIPE-CLIP) due to UV crosslinking in a CLIP dataset will appear in IGV as compared to the non UV crosslinked sample? ANd then, again to look in the actual RNA CLIP'd sample?
I can post a screen shot if that will help?

Hi, I'm not familiar enough with the technologies referenced to comment. Perhaps a screenshot would help clarify.
