Overlay tracks

Can IGV web application overlay different tracks? I want to see the difference between two tracks (treated and control) by overlaying the peaks.

We're also adding adding this feature. It will be in the next release. Don't have a date - probably in a few weeks.

RE the link, the google group seems to mangle our links,  if you get a not-found for this link replace "%23" with "#" in the browser address bar.
