Access to files behind proxy

I have multiple bam files in our cluster. I want to embed those bam files into IGV-Web app. How can I configure the proxy settings to be able to retrieve the files from the cluster and host on IGV web-app.
Should I have to configure apache configuration? Please provide some resources!
