Hello, I use IGV for my RNA sequencing data to find alternative splicing. And Sashimi plot is the most powerful tool to do this I think.
Anyway, I have a question about this tool. In the guide you provided(https://software.broadinstitute.org/software/igv/sites/cancerinformatics.org.igv/files/SL_Sashimi1.png) Sashimi plot show us around 10,000 ~ 11,000 bp.
But when I use, it only shows me 1,000 ~ 1,400 bp. Trying to see wider coverage, it tells me "Zoom in to see junctions". So I couldn't use well this powerful tool.
What should I do? Is it because of sort of data? If there is a solution please let me know.

Thank you very much!

The window is fixed when you open the plot from the main view.  So zoom out to the window you want to see before opening the plot.
