Error to load bam files: "null"

I am using IGV for several weeks. But since the last week I couldn't open my bam files anymore.

It shows this message:
  Error loading C:\Users\Public\honeybee_rMATS\honeybeebam\hym7-8-9.bam: null     

I am using the same files. The only difference is I changed the name of my folders and bam files.
I asked help for IT Service from my University and they tried download IGV again and change the location of my files on my computer as well. But still is not working.
They told me that is not a problem in my computer or a technical problem. Probably something is wrong with IGV.
Could you help with this, please?

The version is: 2.3.88 (140)

Hi Pamela,

Did you make sure to move and rename the bam index files too? Although I would have expected a different error message if they were missing. Can you provide your igv.log file (found in your <your home directory>/igv).
