Unable to copy read sequence

I am having difficulties copying the read sequence as the option is greyed out when I right click on the read of interest. Please help! I want the sequence of specific reads and not the consensus sequence from the viewing window (which is the only option available to me). I am using IGV 2.3.68. Thanks in advance.

Select "Copy read detaisl to clipboard".
