How can I remove unwanted lines in igv?
For example, I used the lines with the red arrow and they are no longer useful to me. I do not want to see them when scanning the lines of the yellow arrow.
I know the base at function in the second image, but as I said, I only want to see the line I want to scan. I want to delete the ones that do not work for me from the screen.

I'm not entirely sure what you are referring to by "lines", but you cannot remove individual alignments.
