Hi, is there someone who was recently successful to set up oAuth authorization using AWS Cognito? I created a user pool with a hosted UI following and interpreting the steps from https://umccr.org/blog/igv-amazon-backend-setup/ and translating to the new AWS interface.

I pretty sure everything is configure correctly on the user pool side. When I try to log from IGV, I get directed to my web browser but with an error: An error was encountered with the requested page.

Switching the callback of the hosted UI to http://localhost:8080 (or any port), I can get the UI to work...

Any clue on what the problem could be?

Hi,

Sorry I don't (have a clue), but if you post this to https://github.com/igvteam/igv someome from UMCCR might respond.  Adding "@brainstorm" in the post will increase the odds.

Thanks for posting the github issue,  it makes it much easier to track.   It turns out I did not need UMCCR support for this, the problem was caused by security updates to Amazon libraries applied for release 2.18.2.

I will continue any further discussion on github.
