Hi, we can't provide any support for version 2.14.0.
The message you display is a warning, not an error, it is a performance issue but should not cause a failure. The usual cause for this is a proxy or firewall that strips "Range" headers from outgoing http requests. That is an issue you would have to raise with your organization, we can't do anything about it.
Other than the warning message in the log, are you having any issues with version 2.17?
