in my laptop windows the igv is not working when i have uploading the genome its not showing ant results plz kindly solve the issue as soon as possible

That is not enough information to go on.
Which version of IGV are you running?
What exactly did you do (e.g. what type of files did you load and how did you load them) and what exactly did you see?

Sometimes screencasts or a series of screenshots can be helpful for us to see whether a problem is due to user error or an issue with IGV.
