Especially, we need our commission member's support for the submission of papers.

Dear members,

Professor Su and I just talked, and we made the following decisions:

1. According to the opinion of most commission members, we change ''The International Symposium on Spatial Data Handling and Geographic Intelligence (SDH&GI)". Professor Döker, could you please change the webpage and the poster, and send us the new version of poster? Then we will make announcement again. (my suggestion: shall we change the symposium to conference？）

2. We sincerely suggest every commission member to  submit a paper.

3. Since it is online conference, it doesn't matter there are only a few speakers as long as we can have a lot of listeners. We should invite some distinguish scholars as speakers. Commission members, please recommend some scholars whose research might attract many listeners.

Does anybody has other suggestions? We hope we work together  to make this conference be notable among numerous conferences.

Dear members,

There is a tradition that our commission and Commission of Modeling Geographical System co-organize SDH. I contacted the current China of Modeling Geographical System Commission, Professor Min Chen in Nanjing Normal University, and he like to co-organize this conference with us. Mehmet, please change the poster and the website again, then Professor Chen can announce the conference in that commission. He will also invite some keynote speakers. He wants to know if you can waive their registration fee.

I also announced the conference information in China. Some scholars want to organize special sessions. Now we have Knowledge Graph session, Historical Spatial Data Handling session, and Spatial Big Data session, an maybe more. Professor Motti Zohar in our commission will co-organize the Historical Spatial Data Handling session. Other members can also help organize some special sessions if you like. Mehmet, some people ask me how to submit paper for special session. Can you add special sessions in the submission system? Otherwise, If the session organizers submit their papers to you by mail, will this make trouble when they register the conference?

Dear Professors,

Can you please send me a logo for Nanjing Normal University for the poster. And maybe I can change important dates. For example, 30 June for the deadline. 

We have a budget from the sponsor to buy zoom pro. So the registration will be free. We only need to charge a design fee for articles to be published in a Turkish Journal special issue.

For abstracts using a single platform (easy chair), it will be easier for us. We can organize the special sessions after getting all abstracts.
