FYI:

I'm very excited to announce that I will be presenting a webinar on creating BIM-GIS workflows for the Geospatial Council of Australia on Thursday 9 November 2023 from 4-5pm.
I'll discuss what a BIM is and what its use is in GIS, then explore successful projects that have leveraged the integration of BIM and GIS technologies.

Then, I will address key issues for implementing these workflows, and finally talk through some examples of how you can integrate BIM data into your GIS.

I'm keen to share my knowledge on this emerging industry in Australia which has proven itself to be critical for the delivery of many of our major infrastructure projects; and to hear the input of others on the topic following the webinar.
