World Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Day is on Wednesday 16 November 2022 and this date is fast approaching.

This year, the Surveying & Spatial Sciences Insitute (SSSI) has decided to host an online event "World GIS Day member showcase" on this day (from 11.00am – 11:45am AEDT Sydney time) and highlight some of our local GIS heroes.

Attendance is open to all geospatial professionals not just SSSI members – it's free of charge 😀
